Director Christophe Gans returns to the legendary Silent Hill franchise with model new film Return to Silent Hill, and the official trailer ushers you again into city tonight.

Return to Silent Hill brings the long-lasting horror franchise again to the large display. When James receives a mysterious letter from his misplaced love Mary, he’s drawn to Silent Hill—a once-familiar city now consumed by darkness. As he searches for her, James faces monstrous creatures and unravels a terrifying reality that can push him to the sting of his sanity.
Jeremy Irvine is James alongside Hannah Emily Anderson as Mary Crane.
Christophe Gans, who additionally directed the 2006 function movie adaptation of Silent Hill, wrote the script for the brand new film alongside Sandra Vo-Anh and William Josef Schneider.
This would be the third official Silent Hill live-action film, coming within the wake of the Gans-directed Silent Hill in 2006 and 2012 sequel Silent Hill: Revelation, directed by M.J. Bassett.

First up from Cineverse and Bloody Disgusting is The Toxic Avenger in theaters on August 29 (that’s this weekend!), adopted by Silent Night, Deadly Night in theaters on December 12!
