So many questions answered, but so many stay heading into the season finale of Showtime’s “Yellowjackets.” Ahead of this Sunday’s finale, a brand new promo beneath teases the fallout from the madness of “Doomcoming,” the penultimate episode that despatched the characters teetering previous the brink of sanity.
In the season one finale: “On the night of their 25-year class reunion, the Yellowjackets navigate damning evidence, false alibis and a dubious attempt to “heal.” In the wilderness, the Doomcoming fallout finds the whole lot firmly off the rails as simmering resentments come to a head.”
The episode’s title, “Sic Transit Gloria Mundi,” is a Latin phrase that interprets “Thus passes the glory of the world.” What’s intriguing about that’s that it was utilized in papal coronation ceremonies, so it appears probably that we’ll lastly see the crowing of the Antler Queen on this episode.
