Kate Middleton is popping the massive 4-0 on Jan. 9! Ahead of the milestone birthday, Kensington Palace released three stunning new portraits on Saturday. They had been captured final November at London’s Kew Gardens by Italian trend photographer Paolo Roversi.
In one picture, the Duchess of Cambridge accessorizes a one-shoulder, crimson robe with diamond earrings from Queen Elizabeth’s assortment. In a side-profile picture, the mom of three offers off ethereal vibes, exhibiting off her iconic sapphire engagement ring and pearl drop earrings, each of which belonged to the late Princess Diana. Lastly, the third photograph of Kate echoes her mother-in-law’s iconic 1997 photograph shoot for Vanity Fair. All three portraits showcase the British label Alexander McQueen.
