Keanu Reeves is ready to star within the long-gestured however hotly-anticipated “The Devil in the White City”, a big-budget tackle Erik Larson’s 2003 ebook that tells the story of America’s very first serial killer, H. H. Holmes.
It’s unclear if Reeves will likely be starring because the monstrous assassin or the architect behind Holmes’ nightmarish “Murder Castle”. Both sound cool as hell for the Matrix and John Wick star.
“The Devil in the White City”, which is being produced for Hulu as a collection, tells the true story of two males, an architect and a serial killer, whose fates have been perpetually linked by The Chicago World’s Fair of 1893.
“It follows Daniel H. Burnham, a brilliant and fastidious architect racing to make his mark on the world and Henry H. Holmes, a handsome and cunning doctor who fashioned his own pharmaceutical “Murder Castle” on honest grounds – a palace constructed to seduce, torture and mutilate younger ladies.
“The story takes the viewer on a tour of murder, romance and mystery in the gilded age,” provides Deadline, who broke the information.
Leonardo DiCaprio purchased the movie rights to the ebook in 2010. Martin Scorsese is government producing alongside Rick Yorn, Sam Shaw, Jennifer Davisson and Stacey Sher. Todd Field is ready to direct the primary two episodes of the restricted collection.
